These are the conditions for using TinyCloset. We have tried to make them easy to read.
1. Who we are
TinyCloset is an app by Aitor Fernández López, tax ID (NIF) 53518010T, based in Málaga (Spain). You can write to us at hello@tinycloset.app.
By downloading or using the app you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, in line with the rules of the store you downloaded it from.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the app, or try to extract its source code, except where the law expressly allows it.
3. Who it is for
The app is for adults. Use it to organise clothes: photograph only garments and do not upload photos of people or content you have no right to use.
Our server applies usage limits to AI photos so the service stays sustainable. Do not try to get around them.
4. Sizes are a guide
The sizes, dates and notices in the app and in this website's calculator are estimates based on reference growth charts and the details you enter. Every baby grows at their own pace and every brand sizes its own way.
The app gives no medical advice and does not assess your baby's growth. That is what their paediatrician is for.
5. AI-generated content
Catalog images and the details the app fills in from your photos (category, colour, season, label size) are generated with artificial intelligence and provided "as is", with no guarantee of accuracy. The generated image may not reproduce the garment faithfully and the details may be wrong: check them before relying on them.
Your photos remain yours. You authorise us to process them only to provide this feature, as the privacy policy explains.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the app running well, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. Features that depend on external services, such as AI photos, may fail or stop being offered.
We may change the app or these terms. If the change is significant, we will say so in the app or on this page. Continuing to use it afterwards means you accept the new version.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for those arising from decisions made on the basis of size estimates, AI-generated content or the loss of data stored on your device. As your data lives only on your phone, backing it up is up to you.
Nothing above limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded, or your rights as a consumer.
8. End of the licence
You can stop using the app and delete it whenever you like. We may withdraw the licence if you seriously breach these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, any dispute will be settled by the courts of your place of residence; otherwise, by those of Málaga (Spain).
10. Additional terms for the Apple version
If you downloaded the app from the App Store, the following also applies:
- This agreement is between you and Aitor Fernández López, not with Apple. Apple is not a party to it and is not responsible for the app or its content.
- The licence is limited to using the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
- Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide maintenance or support services for the app. Support is provided by us at hello@tinycloset.app.
- If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or third parties relating to the app: product liability, failure to meet legal requirements, or consumer protection and privacy claims.
- If a third party claims that the app infringes its intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are responsible for investigating, defending and settling that claim.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo and are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- When using the app you must comply with any third-party terms that apply to you, such as your carrier's.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and, once you accept it, will have the right to enforce it against you.
